For an exchange or return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, show no signs of use, and be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

You have up to 7 days from the receipt of the product to request an exchange or return.
Procedure
To request an exchange or return, please contact us for instructions. Upon your request, you will receive a tracking code for the product's return.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly and conveniently for you.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return has been approved. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
